- Establish a template for the content, What information should be in there what is too much
- Get members to "adopt" a tool and feel responsible for the usage of it.

The Table Saw

- Wear Glasses and Closed Shoes
- Make sure the table is clean of obstruction
- Adjust the blade height and angle for your cut
- Make sure the dust collector turns on with the saw.
- Checklist When I'm done
- Shutdown the saw
- Remove Scrapes from the table
- Critical Info!
- No Metal (foil, nails, etc...) & no Water --> It will trigger the safety and destroy the saw.

- Switch on the two power outlets
- Wear Glasses and Closed Shoes
- Fix your work to the table (nylon nails, screws, double sided tape)
- Mount the bit
- Wrak & Home
- Switch on Dust Collection
- Make sure the table is cleared of all obstructions.
- Checklist When I'm done
- Shutdown the two power outlets.
- put wrenches, bolt, thingy back in the box in the CNC cabinet.
- Clean up the remaining dust.
- Critical Info!
- Always stay around the machine while it is in operation

- Checklist Before I Start
- Make sure the bed is clean
- Bend the filament to nearly 180 degrees, if it breaks easily, then it's brittle.
- Home the machine; check that the nozzle is not touching the bed.
- Heat the nozzle before inserting filament in the extruder

- Remove and Store the filament
- Make sure the nozzle is cooling down
- Clean up the Bed.

- Avoid touching the plate with your fingers. skin oil can affect performances.

- Make sure the bed is clean
- Check your filament. If it breaks easily when you try to bend it, then it's brittle and cannot be used.
- Make sure the filament goes through the pulley at the top and that the pulley is closed.
- Heat the nozzle before inserting filament in the extruder

- Turn on laser with silver button
- Turn air cooler on on the wall
- Vent the moisture trap under the pressure gauge
- Check that there are no job stuck in the printer pool
- Hold down you material with pins.
- Close the lid
- Checklist when I'm done
- Turn of the laser
- Turn off the air cooler
- Clean the honeycomb from any scraps/debris
- Critical Info!
- Check that your material is not toxic when laser cut!!! (http://atxhs.org/wiki/Laser_Cutter_Materials)
- Make sure no part of your design or assembly is higher than X (So you don't hit the laser cone).
- No cutting with the lid open.
- Always stay around the machine while it is in operation
Woodworking Powertools
- Names: Bandsaws, Drill Presses, Mitre Saw, Jointer, Planner, Table Router, Sanders.
- Qualification Required: Woodworking basic safety class

- Wear Eye Protection and covered shoes.
- Make sure you have clearance for your material before and after the cut.
- Make sure the machine is switched off before to plug in the power socket.

- Clean scraps and wood chips.
- Critical Info!
- Make sure you have ~4 inches between your fingers and the blade at all time.
- Tug your thumbs in.
