Photoprocesses
- Presensitized boards
- GC Chemicals PES spray
- Riston lamination film
Physical resists
- Toner transfer with laser printer or copier- some printers won't work
- Paint and burn off with the laser
Materials
- PCBs are the primary need
- Copper, brass for artistic purposes
- Marble - dissolves in Hydrochloric Acid (HCl)
- Aluminum - very exothermic, prone to thermal runaway
- Steel - Generally, must be electrically etched away. Beware: Stainless steel puts toxic chromium into the electrolyte.
